Swedish Massage

Our Swedish massage therapy is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of therapy are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

Our deep tissue massage therapy focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons, and fascia. This massage is beneficial for those suffering from chronic muscle tension or injury.

Cupping Therapy

We also specialize in Cupping Therapy, an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It is used for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Laser Tattoo Removal 

Our technicians will lighten your tattoo though our laser treatment not only improves skin appearance but also reduces the visibility of unwanted tattoos giving you the freedom of a fresh start

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is used to help relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissue throughout your body. During a hot stone massage smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of the body. The stones are usually made of Basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. The Therapist may hold the stones using Swedish massage techniques
